About Us.

Fire Service Women Central Provinces (FSWCP) is an incorporated, non-profit and grassroots organization that has been formed by women for women in all areas and ranks of the fire service. We will provide a voice and advocate for under-represented groups.

The goals and aspirations of this group will not only benefit the membership, but the fire service as a whole. The fire service is a community organization, and should reflect the people it serves.

Our Mission

Our Vision

To drive systemic change in the fire service through advocacy, education, and support. We aim to cultivate a culture that celebrates and leverages our differences, ensuring equitable access to opportunities, resources, and leadership roles. We strive to create a fire service community that embraces and thrives on the strength of it’s diversity, empowering members to achieve their full potential.

Empowering diversity, fostering equity, and championing inclusion within the fire service. Cultivate a culture where every voice is heard, every perspective valued, and every member has equal opportunity for growth, leadership, and success.
