Land Acknowledgement

In the spirit of reconciliation, FSWCP respects and acknowledges the land on which we live and work is the traditional territory of many First Nations, Inuit, and Metis Peoples.

FSWCP respects the sovereignty, lands, histories, languages, knowledge systems, and cultures of all First Nations, Metis, and Inuit Nations.

We would also like to acknowledge the underrepresentation of Indigenous women in the fire service and the multiple barriers that they face. It is our intention to continue to build relationships that allow us to better address this gap through our work.

It all begins with an idea. Maybe you want to launch a business. Maybe you want to turn a hobby into something more. Or maybe you have a creative project to share with the world. Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference. Don’t worry about sounding professional. Sounds like you. There are over 1.5 billion websites out there, but your story is what’s going to separate this one from the rest.
